Return policy

We appreciate your purchase from Plugify Store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our
return policies are detailed below.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product
must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return process
1. Please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Package the product securely with the return authorization number clearly indicated on the
package.
3. Send the package to the address we will provide you.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund within 30 days. The refund will
be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on personalized or downloadable products.
